1. First fitness tips that can help you are weight training.This will help you with your strength, power, and help you tone your muscles. some of the weight training exercises that you should do is should presses, page lateral raises, bench press, bicep tricep extensions, and to use, among other things.

You should training at least 3 times a week. And make sure you have consistent, also.

2. Another golf fitness exercise tip use a medicine ball.This will help you with your golf swing. use the ball effectively, so as to help you get your golf attitude.Keep the ball in front of you.Now, swinging the ball from page to page.You should do this 30 times; you can do this exercise 4 or 5 times a week.

3. the third thing you can do to help you with your game and fitness is cardio training. This includes, as a fitness class, riding a bicycle, jogging on a Treadmill or swimming. There is a lot of other cardio training exercises that you can do it is whatever one you do just to be sure to do the cardio workout at least three times a week.
