Another golf fitness exercise tips to help you improve your game are weight training. This will make your stronger, increasing your power, increase your stamina and help you tone your muscles. Some of the fitness exercises that you should make include, inter alia, lunges, bench press, side lateral raises, shoulder presses, tricep pushdowns and bicep use.
Make sure you workout at least 3 days a week.When you are working, mix your up routine editing every 4 weeks. This means changing your sales reps and sets.This will help you to continue to improve and help you get better, to play golf.
You should also do cardio exercises. This includes jogging on a Treadmill, riding a bike, with a fitness class and swimming.
