Chipping is one of the easiest shots in the Gulf, unfortunately most players make it much more difficult than necessary. The key is really quite simple, retain the ' y ' position.



Y setupWhen setting up chip, the ball is tuned even the inside of the correct single (for right-handed players) and the end of the handle of the club is aligned with the left thigh. In this Setup, the poor and the club are a lowercase "y".














The key to consistent contact and better chipping maintains the "y" until you have finished your shot.
